Prior to the six month period, you will pay an exit fee typically varying from 0.5- 2% if you want to get off your MF or auction your shares.

8. Redemption

It is an act of withdrawing the funds invested in mutual fund by filling up retrieval forms instructing the investing firm to sell the investor’s portion of MF.

9. Equity Fund

Equity fund is a kind of mutual fund deposited in securities. When you purchase investment fund, you invests secondhand in the stock market.

10. Balanced Fund

It is a type of mutual fund where the funds are deposited in stocks and bonds. It is a mixture of high danger and low risk investments.

11. Fixed-Income Fund
